convenient servicevarious essentials
the rooms had daily towel service and replacement of pool towels , which was very convenient. the on-site shop provided various essentials and souvenirs , saving trips to outside stores.

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The absence of hot water in the shower at the spa was unexpected. the jacuzzi lacked pressure, and the steam room was missing water for cleaning the seat.
